PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to simplify the process of booking activities for our guests, Riverbend has modified all of our program rates to either hourly or package pricing. Beginning January 1, 2012, these rates will be effective for any group making a reservation. Please feel free to contact us for more details or if you have any questions about the changes!

LODGING & FACILITIES
(All facilities except Lodges come without linens. A limited number of linens are available for an additional charge)

BASIC CABINS - Dorm-style with bunk beds. Cabins have concrete floors in bunkrooms and bathrooms.
	Cabins 6, 7 & 8	$ 22.00 *
	These 40-bed cabins have a meeting room for 40 people with fireplace, 2 sleeping areas with 10 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.

DELUXE CABINS - Dorm-style with bunk beds. Cabins have carpeted bunkrooms & tiled bathrooms.

	This 88-bed cabin has a meeting room for 88 with fireplace, 2 sleeping areas with 22 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.
	Cabins 10 & 11 (Handicapped Accessible)	$ 25.00 *
	These 32-bed cabins have a meeting room for 32 people with fireplace, 4 sleeping areas with 4 twin bunks in each room. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.

PREMIUM CABINS - Dorm-style with bunk beds. Cabins have carpeted bunkrooms & tiled bathrooms.
	Cabin 3 (Handicapped Accessible)	$ 32.00 *
	This 40-bed cabin has a meeting room for 40 people with fireplace, 2 sleeping areas with 10 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.
	Cabin 4 (Handicapped Accessible)	$ 32.00 *
	This 80-bed cabin has a meeting room for 40 with fireplace, and a second meeting room for 80, 2 sleeping areas with 20 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.
	Cabin 5 (Handicapped Accessible)	$32.00*
	This 88-bed cabin has a meeting room for 88 with fireplace, 2 sleeping areas with 22 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.

OUTPOST CAMP - Western Fort-themed lodging with Barracks, Teepee, 4 Covered Wagons, & 2 Turrets.
	Groups using the Barracks or 2 or more wagons also have access to either Turret 1A OR 1B.

	This 40-bed log cabin has 2 sleeping areas with 10 twin bunks on each side. Bathrooms provided in each sleeping area.
	Outpost Covered Wagons (4 Available)	$ 18.00 *
	These 12-bed, climate-controlled covered wagons have 1 sleeping area with 6 twin bunks. Bathrooms are located next door in Turret 2.
	Outpost Teepee (1 Available)	$ 18.00 *
	This 12-bed, climate-controlled teepee has 1 sleeping area with 10 twin beds and 2 double beds. Bathrooms are located across the road in Turret 2.
	Outpost Turret 1 - This is a 2-story log building.
	1A - This downstairs meeting room accommodates 40 people.
	1B - This carpeted upstairs meeting room accommodates 50 people.
	Outpost Turret 2 - This is a 2-story log building
	2A - This downstairs bathhouse is available at no charge to groups using the Wagon(s), Teepee or Turret 2B.
	2B - This tiled upstairs sleeping area has 10 twin bunks.	$ 18.00 *

ROCK CREEK LODGE (Formerly Leadership Lodge) - 12 private rooms each with two double beds and a bath. Groups using 6 or more rooms also have access to the Conference Rooms which can accommodate up to 48 people. Children 18 & under stay free with 2 paying adults. (All Linens Provided)

LUCAS LODGE - 12 suite-style rooms each with a double bottom and a twin top bunk bed. Every 2 rooms share a bath. Groups using 6 or more rooms also have access to the Conference Room which can accommodate up to 36 people. Children 18 & under stay free with 2 paying adults. (All Linens Provided)

CEDAR BLUFF LODGE - 12 private rooms each with one queen bed, two twin beds, and a bath. 4 rooms are handicapped accessible. Groups using 6 or more rooms also have access to the Gathering Room which can accommodate up to 48 people. Children 18 & under stay free with 2 paying adults. (All Linens Provided)

	Entire Facility (Flat rate per night)	$ 600.00
	Hill Country & Lonestar Rooms - 2 queen beds and private handicapped accessible bathrooms.
	Brazos & Old West Rooms - 2 queen beds and a twin fold out bed with private bathrooms.
	Great Room / Kitchen - Fully-furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room/lounge area with fireplace.
	Loft - Upstairs sleeping area with 5 twin bunk beds, private bathroom, & game room/lounge area.
	Individual Rooms (If available 1 month out from requested date. Flat rate per night.)	$ 120.00

CONFERENCE ROOMS / MEETING SPACE
	Cabin Conference Room Each cabin or lodge has a conference room that accommodates the sleeping capacity.	Included in Overnight Rate
	Poolside Conference Room Reserved if cabin meeting space is too small. Holds up to 75 people.	$ 100.00 per day
	Activities Center Conference Room Reserved if cabin meeting space is too small. Holds up to 100 people. Basic P.A. system included.	$ 100.00 per day
	Chapel Reserved if cabin meeting space or Activities Center Conference Room is too small. Holds up to 400 people. Basic sound system included.	$ 200.00 per day
	Dining Hall Riverside Room Reserved if cabin meeting space or Activities Center Conference Room is too small. Holds up to 400 people. Basic sound system included. Includes drink service.	$ 250.00 per day
	Activities Center for Service Minimum of 300 required to reserve. Holds up to 1,500 people. Sound system with video projection included.	$ 400.00 per day
	Cedar Bluff Bass Conference Room Available if those staying in Cedar Bluff have not reserved. Holds up to 125 people. Sound system with video projection included.	$ 225.00 per day

OTHER FEES
	Day Fee - This is for guests who are only coming in for the day and not staying overnight	$ 6.50 *

ACTIVITIES
(Please call office to schedule. Must be scheduled two weeks prior to retreat.)

	Campfire (1 hour) Gather around the fire and enjoy God’s creation from our Amphitheater or at our Outpost Camp.	Free

	Hayride (up to 1 hour. Maximum of 40 people per ride) Laugh and sing together on an old fashioned, tractor pulled hayride around the Bend.	$ 25.00

	Paddleboats (10 2-person boats available at one time) Paddle around our 3 acre waterfront and try to spot a catfish or bass!	$ 40.00/hour

	Archery (Maximum of 50 participants per hour) Learn a century’s old way of target shooting and see how many bulls’ eyes you can get!	$ 40.00/hour

	Challenge Course (Maximum of 45 participants per session. Rates are per Facilitator needed) Stretch your team and grow together by working through the challenging objectives on our course. Closed-toe shoes and pants or shorts (at least to the fingertip in length) required. *8-15 participants=1 Facilitator 16-30 participants=2 Facilitators * 31-45 participants=3 Facilitators**

	Zip Line (Maximum of 25 participants per hour.) Stretch yourself and feel the rush and great sense of accomplishment of zipping from our 45ft tower! (Weight restriction of 45-300lbs and harness must fit correctly.) Closed-toe shoes and pants or shorts (at least to the fingertip in lentgth) required.	$ 50.00/hour

	Frontier Paintball Course (Maximum of 20 participants on the course at one time.) Compete with your team for the flag or simply be the last clean player standing in a fast- paced game of paintball! Long-sleeved shirt, pants, and closed-toe shoes required.

	Guided Hikes (2 hikes to choose from)
	Nature Hike (up to 1 hour) - Learn about plants, animal tracks, and animals in our area.	$ 30.00

	Fly Fishing- Enjoy guided fly fishing on the Brazos River for sand bass, bass, perch, and carp.
	Half Day: 9am-12pm (Gear included for 1-5 people; TX Fishing License required)	$ 50.00

	BMX Track (Seasonal, Mazimum of 80 participants per hour.) Race along our BMX tack and feel the excitement of the turns, hills, and jumps! Bikes, helmets, and pads provided.	$ 80.00/hour

	Swimming Pool (Seasonal) - Slide in and enjoy our 2 swimming pools with plenty of activities to dive into!	$ 75.00

	Waterfront (Seasonal) - Enjoy our 3 acre pond with Launch Pad (zip line, 2 swings, and 2 blobs), inflatable Icebergs, Wet Willy canvas waterslide, and swimming area!

	Survival Training (Contact our office for more information and rates.) Plan and implement camping trips and other outdoor experiences through activities such as nature study, survival skills, outdoor cooking, shelter building, and hide tanning.

	Bass Fishing Retreats (Contact our office for more information and rates.) Relax by our 3 acre pond and fish for bass, catfish, and perch. (No cost or license required, just bring your fishing gear and enjoy). Take a longer trip out to The Springs to enjoy even more bass fishing!

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 20% of expected bill or $200.00, whichever is greater, is required to reserve any of the camp facilities. Deposit is due within 14 days from contract date and is refundable up to 90 days before retreat. A $10 per room charge will be assessed for lodge rooms that are not used.

PAYMENT: Final payment should be made upon arrival. Cash, Checks, Visa or Mastercard accepted.

*Rates are per person, per night. For lodging in cabins, children ages six and above are full price, two through five years are one-half price, birth through one year are one-fourth price.
