General Rates

PLEASE NOTE:  In an effort to simplify the process of booking activities for our guests, Riverbend has modified all of our program rates to either hourly or package pricing.  Beginning January 1, 2012, these rates will be effective for any group making a reservation.  Please feel free to contact us for more details or if you have any questions about the changes!



LODGING & FACILITIES
(All facilities except Lodges come without linens.  A limited number of linens are available for an additional charge)
 
BASIC CABINS  - Dorm-style with bunk beds.  Cabins have concrete floors in bunkrooms and bathrooms.

OUTPOST CAMP - Western Fort-themed lodging with Barracks, Teepee, 4 Covered Wagons, & 2 Turrets.
  Groups using the Barracks or 2 or more wagons also have access to either Turret 1A OR 1B.

  Outpost Covered Wagons (4 Available)

  These 12-bed, climate-controlled covered wagons have 1 sleeping area with 6 twin bunks.  Bathrooms are located next door in Turret 2.  
  Outpost Teepee (1 Available)

  This 12-bed, climate-controlled teepee has 1 sleeping area with 10 twin beds and 2 double beds.  Bathrooms are located across the road in Turret 2.  
  Outpost Turret 1 - This is a 2-story log building.
     1A - This downstairs meeting room accommodates 40 people.  
     1B - This carpeted upstairs meeting room accommodates 50 people.  
  Outpost Turret 2 - This is a 2-story log building
     2A - This downstairs bathhouse is available at no charge to groups using the Wagon(s), Teepee or Turret 2B.  
 

   2B - This tiled upstairs sleeping area has 10 twin bunks.

Relax by our 3 acre pond and fish for bass, catfish, and perch.  (No cost or license required, just bring your fishing gear and enjoy).  Take a longer trip out to The Springs to enjoy even more bass fishing!

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 20% of expected bill or $200.00, whichever is greater, is required to reserve any of the camp facilities. Deposit is due within 14 days from contract date and is refundable up to 90 days before retreat.  A $10 per room charge will be assessed for lodge rooms that are not used.

PAYMENT: Final payment should be made upon arrival.  Cash, Checks, Visa or Mastercard accepted.

*Rates are per person, per night.  For lodging in cabins, children ages six and above are full price, two through five years are one-half price, birth through one year are one-fourth price.
