• Joining an Established Camp - If you would like your group to join an established camp please check the 2008 Schedule.

• Already Scheduled for a Week of Camp - If you already have a camp week or are coming as a part of on of the established groups here is some information you might need.

Registration Forms - Download the Camper and Adult Registration, Consent/Release Forms needed to attend camps or retreats at Riverbend.

Child Abuse Prevention Training - Every Adult who attends camp during the summer must take Child Abuse Prevention Training Course please check with the group leader for your Summer Camp Week to find out when training is being offered.  Click here to download the materials.

Special Events during Camp - If you would like to plan a Special Event for your Church Group while you are at camp, please download and fill out the Special Event Order Form and fax it to 254.897.3960 at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Allergies or Special Dietary Needs - If you have a participant who has food allergies or special dietary needs please download and fill out the Allergies & Special Dietary Needs Form and fax it to 254.897.3960 at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Summer Group Leader's Handbook - This book is designed for those individuals who are leading the whole week of camp.  This book is distributed at the Annual Summer Group Leader's Retreat in February, but if you need another copy you may download our here.  This is a password protected file, please email brad@riverbendretreat.org for the password.
