Gena
Schmaus, Food Service Director
Gena and her husband Ed have worked
in food service for many years. Having owned their own catering
business as well as serving several churches in the food area they bring
much to the dining hall at Riverbend. They have two grown daughters,
Amy & Angie, and many pets. They joined Riverbend in September
of 2003. What I like most about work: Working
with young people and cooking.
