Contest Terms and Conditions

1.  How to Enter:  Complete the entry card and drop it in the box located outside the Riverbend Office.  One entry card per person will be provided by Riverbend to the Group Leader upon check-in.  It is the discretion of the Group Leader to distribute the entry cards to their group.

2.  Prize and Drawing:  The winners and their immediate family will be provided one (1) free night of lodging in one (1) Wagon or Teepee at the Riverbend Outpost Camp and two (2) free meals in the Riverbend Dining Hall.  A winner will be selected each week by a random drawing from all eligible entries received.  The winners' name will be posted on Riverbend's Facebook page each week after a winner has been determined.  It will be the responsibility of the winner to contact Riverbend within 2 weeks from the date the winner is announced to claim their prize.  If the winner fails to contact Riverbend within this timeframe, their winnings will be forfeited.

The free retreat may be scheduled for any available weekend within a 6-month time period from the date their winning was announced.

**Retreat may not be booked from May 24th-August 20th, 2012.

***Additional nights, meals, activities, or programs may be scheduled in advance (subject to availability) at the winner's expense.

****1 Wagons or Teepee can accommodate up to 12 people.

 

3.  Other Details:  By entering this drawing, all entrants agree to have their email address entered into Riverbend's mailing database for promotional purposes.  Winners will be sent a contract which must be signed and returned to Riverbend in order for the retreat to be confirmed.  If the winner is under 18 years of age, their guardian must review and sign the contract.  The winner's or guardian's signature on the contract will signify their agreement of the reservation details and Riverbend's policies and guidelines.  Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Prizes cannot be substituted except at the discretion of Riverbend.  Riverbend reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend part or all of this drawing.
